We want to give a heads up to anyone planning ahead for the Peak Challenge.

James Peak is currently listed as a bonus peak, but access remains limited due to ongoing construction. The main route is closed, and other routes are still under construction and restricted. At this time, there’s no confirmed reopening date.

While James Peak is included as a bonus peak, we recommend holding off for now. It’s not required to complete the challenge, and you can still register and enjoy all the other bonus peaks in the meantime.

We’ll share updates as soon as access changes. In the meantime, there are plenty of great peaks ready to explore.
